This workshop will focus on the medium of fabric collage within contemporary art and fashion history. Vintage T-shirts, T-shirt Quilts and innovative use of fabric will be discussed. Students will learn ways to recycle the excessive detritus of the modern world and create an attractive T-shirt or altered readymade.
