Rose Wood has struck again. The gender-bending performance artist -- who infamously vomited on Susan Sarandon at the Box in February -- urinated on guests Thursday night at Susanne Bartsch's "Bloody Mary" party at Good Units at the Hudson Hotel. While Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang and Jamie Burke looked on, Wood "pulled off all of his clothes . . . and gave everyone a golden shower," said a guest. "Everyone ran.
