Anna Wintour, for one, is happy that the position of Fashion Week director is going to a former Vogue-ette. Of the news that Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, the mag's former director of special projects, has been tapped to take over Fashion Week when it moves from Bryant Park to Damrosch Park next September, Wintour tells Page Six, "The appointment is great for Stephanie and great for Fashion Week.
